From day one, my broker Debbie Foster, sounds funny even saying 'my broker' because over the course of a short time, Debbie became a friend. My house went active in MLS at 800am on a Monday morning. At 819am, Debbie received a request for a showing. The first people who looked at my house, bought it. Debbie was always there, going above and beyond, in every aspect of the real estate process. She was there for every "bump in the road" to hold my hand. And I know some of the stuff she did, was not in her job description. She always got back to me and answered every question (even the stupid ones). She is honest and ethical and was there for me like a best friend. She held my hand to the finish line, running up against many different obstacles and even when issues from the inspection seemed insurmountable. Debbie is very knowledgeable and friendly and has a great personality. She is the consummate professional !!!!

We met Maria at an open house showing. We had been to several others and most of the time got nothing more than a greeting from the agent. Maria asked and answered questions and we knew right away that she was the one who we wanted to help us find our home. We were probably one of Maria's more difficult clients.
